Matthew Smith is a University of Toronto alumni who recently graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a double minor in Political Science and Philosophy. As a student, Matthew was active on campus serving in several roles of the Student Management Association such as Corporate Relations Director where he secured funding for council events. As well as two terms as a work-study student for the Department of Management where he created engaging posters and graphics to promote PSDP events.
Currently working at Rogers Communications as a Continuous Improvement Analyst where he identifies and resolves root cause issues that negatively affect customers and frontline agents.
Apart from work, he is an avid listener of music with a cumulative total of over 45 days worth of listening to music on Spotify last year. Andrea Koop is a recent UTM BComm graduate (class of 2018) with a specialist in Accounting and major in Economics. While on campus, she filled various roles within the Undergraduate Commerce Society, worked for Residence, was a CPA Board of Ambassador and part of the IMIC team and leadership. She spent her free time as a teaching assistant and working with the Office of Student Transition (Launch).
Andrea will begin work this fall at PwC as a tax associate, and is currently working through the beginning stages of the CPA process. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid soccer fan (go Gunners!), binges Netflix, and likes to hang out with friends and family.
